The Bicycle Safety Institute of Colorado, Inc. will place a lone bicycle at the corner of Harmony Road and Hinsdale Drive to honor the life of a dear cyclist Jim and raise awareness of bicycle safety. The white bicycle will be visible for about 30 days starting on November 17, 2013.
