At the November 21 Planning and Zoning Board hearing, the following items were considered:
- Front Range Community College Parking Lot Site Plan Advisory Review, located southeast of Harmony Rd. and Shields St.
The board approved a Site Plan Advisory Review for a new parking lot to be located southwest of the existing campus parking area. The new lot would provide approximately 400 spaces, and would be developed in two phases.
