Coventry HOA

Due to vandalism with the old sign, the board has approved a new sign.  The sign was installed Spring 2o12.

The lighting was also damaged.  The lighting has since been repaired and now only illuminates the sign during the night.  Enjoy!

Remember, when a holiday happens during the week, trash service is delayed 1 day.

The Coventry HOA entry sign has been vandalized.  If you have any information to help the Fort Collins Police apprehend the culprits, please contact the HOA or Fort Collins Police.  Anonymous tips are allowed.

The board of the Coventry HOA have worked to maintain services while not increasing costs to the homeowners.  We are pleased to announce that the yearly HOA fee of $430 will remain the same this year (barring any unforeseeable expenses).  Remember to pay your dues in a timely manner.  Also, remember, trash service IS INCLUDED in your dues (this comes out to less than $15.00 per month per home) and trash service is one of the largest expense items of the budget.
